Job summary

Davenport Management & Consulting provides PM solutions to owners and contractors, focusing on startup, commissioning, warranty, and field service for MEPP projects. This temporary full-time contract role spans about 12 months and requires coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver quality results.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and performance, while liaising with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time completion within budget and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in PM, field service coordination, warranty administration, HVAC service operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing HVAC startup, commissioning, installation, maintenance, or replacement projects.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NxGen.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, contracts, and customer expectations.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate startup, commissioning, warranty, and service activities.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Lead closeout activities and project documentation updates.
• Provide regular status and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Schedule field service technicians and coordinate daily service activities.
