Manages Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) individuals to deliver high-quality results and foster professional growth. Guides cross-functional teams and trade partners to proactively identify and resolve moderately complex technical challenges, supporting seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Oversees adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements specific to MEP activities, reinforcing a culture where every team member is empowered and accountable for maintaining a safe, inclusive, and high-performing jobsite. Aligns MEP field activities with overall project objectives, ensuring that daily decisions contribute to successful outcomes and long-term client relationships. Directs on-site MEP construction activities, ensuring that MEP work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, while reinforcing the organization’s reputation for MEP operational excellence.
Associate's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
7 years of experience in MEP field engineering, MEP construction management, or a related field required. 1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required. First Aid and CPR certification required.
