Job summary

This role serves as the technical authority, coordinating designers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and client stakeholders to ensure delivery that meets scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of project management delivering electrical and mechanical construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in occupied facilities, mission‑critical, or capital environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical and mechanical construction projects from feasibility to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk with PMO standards.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders; drive decision-making.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and O&M documentation.
