Job summary

CBRE seeks a Head of Projects (MEP/Facilities Projects) in the United States to lead a team delivering advanced management services that align with strategic business objectives. You’ll oversee projects from initiation through completion and coordinate across lines of business to drive value.

The role emphasizes supervision, risk mitigation, procurement, and contract administration with a focus on delivering results and upholding CBRE’s RISE values. A strong operational mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP and CCM preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching and measuring performance is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate the team to meet broad operational targets across disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and staff development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, planning, tracking and execution.
• Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration and closeout are accurate and timely.
• Monitor billing, accounts receivable, expense control, staffing and full P&L impact to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve strategic objectives.
