Job summary

CBRE is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to oversee critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure for data center projects. You will coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning, ensuring alignment with project plans and CBRE standards.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in mission-critical MEP roles, with PMP/LEED or PE/RA credentials preferred, and a proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations within a global construction program.

Qualifications

• MEP infrastructure experience is required for mission-critical facilities.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience; degree preferred or equivalent combination.
• Professional licensure (PE/RA) desired; PMP/LEED certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and integrate MEP designs with overall project plans.
• Manage project costs, schedules, and ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specs.
• Serve as liaison between clients, architects, engineers, facilities, and construction teams.
• Supervise MEP contractors, monitor progress, inspect site, enforce safety and quality.
• Prepare risk assessments and status reports; advise on fund releases and resource needs.
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Apply discipline knowledge to help achieve team and department objectives.
