CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an MEP Project Management Consultant to oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion, coordinating design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

You will work with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, governance, risk, and data integrity, guiding the delivery team and reporting progress. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, resources, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or project qualification; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
