Gilbane Building Company seeks a Deputy Energy Marshall to define the MEP execution process and oversee all MEP staff on a single, large construction project. The role sits primarily on the job site with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required).
• OSHA 30 hour certification.
• 10-15 years related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Approves all MEP and Commissioning schedules.
• Supervises MEP subcontracting strategies and scopes of work.
• Defines best approach for MEP buyout.
• Coordinates MEP build and BIM processes and site inspections.
• Trains and manages direct reports to align with company standards.
