Gilbane Building Co. seeks an Energy Marshal to join a large, on-site project.

This role sits primarily on the job site with occasional office trainings and meetings, requiring strong communication and technical acumen as you lead safety, quality, and coordination on MEP trades. You will coach and mentor team members, enforce the project safety plan, review submittals, and interface with the commissioning process to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction on a complex construction

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years related field experience.
• OSHA 30 hour certified.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Reviews MEP Scopes of Work and equipment pre-purchases for accuracy and completeness.
• Assists in the development of the MEP Construction and Commissioning Schedule.
• Enforces quality controls policies and inspections on the MEP trades.
• Interfaces with commissioning agent to ensure the commissioning process is being executed to meet expectations.
• Executes the submittal and RFI review and coordination for MEP disciplines.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced team members.
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment.
