Wonder in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Management to lead culinary and category strategies across multiple restaurant brands. You will own the 12–18 month menu and innovation roadmap, align with Culinary, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, and drive new concepts from idea to launch on Wonder's platform.

• Experience in category/brand management, menu strategy, or culinary innovation.
• Proven track record leading menu or product innovation from insight to launch.
• Strong commercial fluency with P&L, pricing, elasticity, and metrics like AOV, GOV.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; Looker experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior partners.
• Experience managing a heavy, fast-moving pipeline across brands.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead category and menu strategy for 12-18 month plans.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch across new items, LTOs, revamps, and concepts.
• Identify opportunities to grow AOV, AIV, frequency, and SSS; build business cases.
• Test concepts with insights and QA; design pilots for validation.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust for GOV, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends to inform pipeline and formats.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Culinary, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance.
• Build operating system: calendars, recap infrastructure, forecasting tools.
