Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry with exposure to DRAM or memory products.
• Knowledge of circuit-level simulation and semiconductor device behavior.
• Hands-on experience with lab tools, testers, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate product specifications in collaboration with design, test, manufacturing, and business teams.
• Perform circuit-level analysis and design validation using CAD tools, simulations, and lab equipment.
• Develop validation flows to identify design marginalities and drive circuit fixes.
• Conduct electrical failure analysis and support reliability and qualification activities.
• Partner with manufacturing to optimize test yield and support volume ramp.
