Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer to create and analyze digital and analog circuits for next‑gen memory products in Idaho.

You will contribute to silicon‑to‑systems solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across design, verification, test, and manufacturing to deliver reliable memory solutions. You will design, verify, and optimize circuits, assist with parasitic analysis and tape‑out revisions, and participate in layout activities to ensure manufacturability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Familiarity with digital and/or analog circuit design concepts.
• Experience with circuit simulation and modeling tools.
• Understanding of semiconductor fundamentals and fabrication processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product development by supporting circuit design, layout, and optimization across memory, logic, and analog domains.
• Assist with parasitic modeling, design verification, reticle experiments, and tape‑out revisions.
• Oversee layout activities including floor‑planning, placement, and routing.
• Perform circuit verification using modeling and simulation tools with industry‑standard simulators.
• Collaborate multi‑functionally to support manufacturability, standardization, and overall product success.
