Job summary

Anthem Memory Care is seeking an experienced nurse leader to provide comprehensive nursing care in our memory care community. You will assess resident needs, implement plans, and supervise CNAs under the Clinical Services Director and RN guidance.

You will ensure residents receive medications and treatments, maintain documentation, and uphold safety and infection control standards while supporting families and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community.
• Minimum of three years in a management/supervisory position or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Directly supervise CNAs and manage one team’s daily activities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments at admission and as needed.
• Address resident/family/physician concerns and ensure safety and infection control procedures.
