Job summary

Anthem Memory Care is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the Memory Care team. You will assess resident needs, plan and deliver nursing care, and supervise CNAs to ensure high standards.

The role requires a current Arkansas nursing license and active supervisory experience in a senior living setting. You will administer medications, document assessments, handle complaints, and support residents’ rights and dignity.

Qualifications

• A current and valid nursing license for Arkansas.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a management/supervisory position or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, and provide necessary nursing care as per resident's care plan.
• Directly supervise CNAs on one\'s assigned team; train, plan, assign, direct work and appraise performance.
• Participate in Pathways of Purpose program by applying functional engagement in daily interactions.
• Ensure resident rights are maintained.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and physical assessment for admitted residents; handle complaints as necessary.
• Respect advance directives and provide emotional and spiritual support to family and staff as needed.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per nursing standards and procedures.
• Participate in department/unit performance improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
