Job summary

Anthem Memory Care in Olathe, KS, is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct nursing care within our memory care community. You will assess, plan, implement, and reevaluate resident needs while guiding CNAs and resident assistants.

Reporting to the Clinical Services Director and RN, you will supervise daily operations, ensure safety, administer medications, document assessments, and participate in performance-improvement activities to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license required.
• Experience in a senior living community with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and resident assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and reevaluate resident needs per care plan.
• Supervise CNAs and staff on assigned team; train and evaluate performance.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments for admissions.
• Respond to complaints, uphold resident rights, and support families.
