Job summary

Anthem Memory Care is seeking an experienced RN to provide nursing care in a Memory Care community. You will assess residents, plan and implement care, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality service and safety.

The role requires a valid nursing license and a minimum of three years in senior living and in a supervisory capacity. You will participate in pathways of purpose, ensure resident rights, and collaborate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license.
• Minimum three years in a senior living community.
• Minimum three years in a management/supervisory role or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plans.
• Direct supervision of CNAs and support staff; train, assign, and evaluate performance.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments at admission.
• Address resident and family concerns and coordinate with physicians.
