Job summary

Anthem Memory Care is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive care in a memory care community. You will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

The role includes leading a team of CNAs and Resident Assistants, administering meds, and addressing family concerns with compassion. The position reports to the Clinical Services Director and RN, and expects involvement in safety, infection control, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid nursing license.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community.
• Minimum of three years in a management/supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants; train and assign work.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments at admission and during care.
• Address resident, family, or physician concerns and maintain resident rights.
• Participate in safety and infection control programs and performance improvement.
