Job summary

Chelsea Place Memory Care in Aurora, Colorado seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead our memory care community, overseeing overall operations to ensure exceptional resident care and a positive work environment for our team.

The role directs resident services, environmental services, and sales and marketing, with responsibilities including program development, budgeting, and maintaining records, while promoting staff development and motivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operations and delivery of services across multiple departments, including resident services, environmental services, and sales and marketing.
• Supervise department heads, including instructing, assigning, and reviewing work, planning, maintaining standards, and promoting staff development and motivation.
• Develop and implement new programs to enhance the welfare of residents, including resident assessment and care planning, counseling, and responding to resident and family feedback.
• Oversee sales and marketing efforts, including move-in programs and move-outs of residents.
• Maintain accurate records, including resident status reports, community statistics, and financial records.
• Authorize purchases of supplies and equipment, review invoices, and ensure that buildings and grounds are properly maintained.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, monitor financial performance, and prepare and administer budgets and cash management.
