Job summary

Chelsea Place Memory Care is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the community's outreach, admissions, and events. You will translate the vision into actionable plans, build relationships with area professionals, and ensure occupancy targets are met.

Responsibilities include presenting the community to prospective residents, managing lead flow, coordinating marketing events, and preparing reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with business, marketing or related coursework.
• Five years of related experience in sales/marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, business or related field may substitute for up to three years of experience

Responsibilities

• Direct the sales and marketing program for the community; disseminate information to the public and manage the sales/marketing department.
• Show apartments and retirement community to prospective residents, guests and others; explain features and benefits.
• Receive inquiries from prospective residents and families, provide information, overcome objections and close sales; follow up with leads timely.
• Interview and review records for approval of prospective residents and oversee acceptance process for new residents.
• Coordinate and facilitate marketing events, group presentations, and move-in coordination with other departments.
• Prepare annual sales/marketing plan and quarterly updates; review occupancy and sales reports with leadership.
