Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of senior living management are expected; you will hire, coach and supervise operations, foster community relationships, and advance growth with a people-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Hospitality or Health related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality.
• Experience includes hiring, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision.
