Job summary

Provision Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community's strategic and operational performance, with oversight of people experience, business development and fiscal and clinical management. The successful candidate will embody an entrepreneurial spirit while ensuring residents thrive and staff are supported.

Ideal candidates hold a licensed administrator credential, have proven senior living leadership experience, and demonstrate strong communication, budgeting, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from college/university.
• Licensed administrator if required by state regulations.
• Experience leading a senior living community (assisted living and memory care) is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, HR, and sales basics.

Responsibilities

• Financial management of the community and budgeting.
• Oversee occupancy, curb appeal and sales culture.
• Plan and evaluate resident activities and services.
• Ensure maintenance, safety and compliance with regulations.
• Lead staffing, hiring, training and corrective action.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
