Qualifications

• Ability to train and mentor MSRs and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, order, and verify cash deliveries and shipments.
• Resolve problems across delivery channels with independent critical thinking.
• Balance the vault, ATMs, cash dispenser, coin sorter, and mobile deposits.
• Train MSRs in CXone and assist as requested.
• Greet and assist members across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
