Coosa Valley Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Officer II at the West Cartersville location to manage loan processing, product sales, and teller operations aligned with branch goals. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, vault management, and mentoring the Member Services team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in banking and cash handling, with strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of banking experience required.
• 3-5 years of cash handling experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan processing and product sales to meet branch goals.
• Oversee teller functions, vault, balancing, and supplies.
• Approve or override teller transactions within limits; verify funds.
• Perform teller transactions as needed to support operations.
• Lead the Member Services team and mentor staff.
• Partner with leadership to ensure optimal branch performance.
• Maintain 150+ daily transactions with high balancing accuracy.
• Balance cash funds daily and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage teller schedules to ensure smooth branch operation.
