Qualifications

• Willing to register for NMLS; Notary Public certification may be required.
• Must complete annual BSA training and stay informed on applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications, with complete and accurate documents.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds and schedule closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Help members open/close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts.
• Perform checks such as SSN verification to prevent fraudulent accounts.
• Serve as a liaison between members and departments with clear communication.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and related transactions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union products and services.
