Job summary

Wymar Federal Credit Union is seeking an MSR to provide accurate cash transactions, assess member needs, and recommend services. The role emphasizes courteous, professional service and adherence to credit union policies in handling inquiries and resolving problems.

The position requires 1 year of banking experience, 2 years of cash handling, and 2 years of customer service, with in-person work location and opportunities to assist with various member transactions and account maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Banking experience: 1 year required.
• Cash handling experience: 2 years required.
• Customer service experience: 2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries and provide resolution by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Process member transactions accurately and in accordance with credit union policies.
• Fulfills account maintenance requests (check orders, gift cards, credit card payments, coin deposits, online banking assistance).
• Maintain account records in core system, including ownership changes and name/contact updates.
• Maintain frontline compliance with BSA, Reg CC, Reg E and other applicable regulations.
• Uphold security measures: cash handling, privacy of member information, dual control, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

This position performs accurate cash transactions, identifies member needs, and recommends appropriate credit union services. The ideal candidate will provide high quality service in a consistent, courteous, and professional manner. In addition, the MSR position:

• Professionally and courteously handles member inquiries and provides resolution to problems via the telephone, in-person, or virtually as appropriate.
• Performs the processing of a variety of member transactions accurately and effectively in adherence with credit union policies and procedures.
• Fulfills account maintenance requests such as check order processing, gift card sales, credit card payments, coin deposits, online banking assistance, etc.
• Accurately processes the account lifecycle using proper forms and disclosures; enters and maintains member account records in core system, including addition of account owners, name and contact information; CD purchases, inactive account processing, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining frontline compliance knowledge of and procedures for Bank Secrecy Act, Reg CC, Reg E, and any other regulatory requirement applicable to branch teller operations.
• Takes responsibility for observance of all security measures: cash, privacy of member information, building, dual control, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned
