Fintech Company is seeking an experienced backend/full-stack engineer to build and own its agent platform. You will develop reliable AI systems that support financial advisors and clients, focusing on high-quality outputs, human collaboration, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include designing an orchestration layer for LLMs, building ambient agents to triage email and draft communications, and creating interfaces for advisor-agent collaboration. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Four to ten years of full-stack or backend engineering experience, including production LLM-powered agents.
• Experience orchestrating LLMs with retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across APIs, data modeling, and system design.
• Fluency with Python, LLMs, vector databases, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience shipping and maintaining high-quality AI systems in production, including evaluation infrastructure for non-deterministic systems.
• Background at a high-growth startup or comparable technical environment, with evidence of growth and progression in your work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $200,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
