Formación

• College degree or high school diploma.
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a financial institution in customer service (or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Represents the Credit Union in a courteous, engaging, professional manner and provides excellent member service.
• Possesses advanced computer skills and data entry; aptitude with data and dashboards.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members.
• Processes CTRs and SARs, balances and replenishes ATM; reads and analyzes credit reports for memberships and loans.
• Opens and closes the branch; handles vault duties and balances cash drawers; conducts routine and complex member transactions.
