Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of meeting, event, conference, or incentive planning experience with ownership of multiple programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong project-management, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned events from concept through closeout, including discovery, objectives, plans, timelines, budgets and on-site execution.
• Coordinate venue and vendor relationships, registration, attendee communications, and post-event reporting.
• Manage vendor sourcing, proposals, contracts, and invoices; collaborate with internal teams.
• Administer event technology, registration workflows, and data reporting using Cvent and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Monitor registration, engagement, budget performance, and attendee feedback; summarize insights for future programs.
