Job summary

Maritz is seeking a Senior Meeting/Event Manager to lead large and complex meetings, from planning to execution, with a strong focus on logistics, attendance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering high-quality events. The role allows virtual or in-office work in Missouri with up to 30% travel and requires hands-on Cvent expertise.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Meeting/Event Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Cvent including website builds and reporting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage event operations including hotel blocks, registration, inventory management, and program logistics for large and complex meetings.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders throughout planning and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple workstreams.
