Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Engineer to help ensure successful product launches and ongoing field support for our Edison System.

You will work with cross-functional teams to assist customers, clinicians, and partners during procedures and post-launch activities. The role emphasizes field troubleshooting, collaboration with R&D and Education teams, and developing guides and trainings for future engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; ideally in a hospital or a med device company.
• Strong communicator with professionalism and adaptability; able to engage multiple participants while keeping demos organized.
• Experience in complex systems design, engineering, and product support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial, clinical, and pre-clinical equipment and procedures in the field.
• Lead the engineering team in commercial and customer-facing activities.
• Determine priority of work related to commercialized product and product support.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and field training materials.
