Job summary

You will work across EHR systems, HL7/FHIR, cloud platforms, and data integrations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and delivering value across clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

Travel up to 25% is possible, and you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams while driving high-quality results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with healthcare organizations or health tech vendors.
• Strong technical skills in EHRs, HL7/FHIR, cloud platforms, APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to healthcare clients and deliver technical solutions.
• Lead implementation and configuration of software systems and data integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with product teams.
• Provide technical support through the project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
