Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior MEDITECH Consultant to provide clinically grounded IT consulting on MEDITECH projects for Nordic clients. You will work with the Consulting Services team, Practice Managers, and Directors to develop solutions and deliver on-site implementations that meet defined benefits.

Three or more years of hands-on MEDITECH IT experience and strong communication are required. You will mentor client teams, manage risks, analyze workflows, and lead projects as needed to ensure

Strong communication skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform healthcare enabling technology consulting for Nordic clients.
Serve as a subject matter expert in MEDITECH domain areas.
Participate in build, implementation and planning projects as assigned.
Apply technical expertise to client systems to identify and resolve problems.
Mentor client project teams in delivery and build strategy.
Track and document risks and issues.
Analyze workflows and provide optimization suggestions.
Work with project leadership and document solutions.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and gaps analyses, contribute to reports.
Ensure changes follow change management procedures and document all apps.
Lead Nordic projects when appropriate.
Assist on ad hoc projects or other corporate initiatives.
