Inszone Insurance Services in Colorado is seeking a full-time Individual Health Coverage/Medicare Insurance Producer. This role is responsible for providing quotes, selling insurance policies, and consulting with customers to meet their insurance needs while building professional relationships.

Job description – Individual Health Coverage / Medicare Insurance Producer

The Benefits Insurance Producer – Individual Coverage provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales. This is a full‑time position, onsite. Licensing is required.

NOTE: This role is in no way related to the administration of employee benefits such as one might see in a company Human Resources Department. This role supports the sale of employee benefits to organizations.

• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities

Qualifications

• Licensed – Active License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Insurance Experience – Prior insurance producer experience in relation to the role required.
• Multi‑tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace

Education and Certification
