This Sr. Medical Writer (Publications) role drives the completion of medical writing deliverables, coordinates cross‑department activities, and ensures compliance with ICH E3 and internal standards, while mentoring junior writers.

You will interact with clients, manage reviews, and contribute to internal materials and process improvements, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical writing deliverables across studies.
• Ability to coordinate medical writing with data management, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ICH E3 and related templates and style guides.

Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of medical writing deliverables with accurate, clear scientific content.
• Coordinate writing activities across departments with minimal supervision; resolve client comments.
• Mentor less experienced writers; review documents for clarity, consistency and formatting.
