Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced medical writer to lead the creation of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations, ensuring clear, accurate scientific content. You will coordinate activities across departments, mentor junior writers, and maintain adherence to ICH E3 and SOPs.

You will interact with clients and cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and drive on‑time delivery of high‑quality writing deliverables across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical writing deliverables across studies.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (ICH E3) and SOPs.
• Ability to coordinate cross-department writing activities.
• Mentor junior medical writers on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of medical writing deliverables with accuracy.
• Coordinate internal and client reviews to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Act as peer reviewer for scientific content and formatting.
• Interact with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver writing outputs.
• Identify and propose process improvements and training as needed.
