Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a medical writer to lead the creation of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations with strict adherence to ICH E3 guidelines and company SOPs. You will coordinate across departments, manage reviews, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery across multiple studies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the clear and accurate completion of medical writing deliverables, ensuring scientific information is presented clearly and accurately.
• Completes documents such as journal manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
• Adheres to regulatory standards such as ICH E3 and SOPs, templates, authorship rules, and style guides.
• Coordinates quality and editorial reviews and leads team document reviews.
• Acts as peer reviewer for internal team to ensure content clarity and format.
• Interacts with clients and internal stakeholders to produce writing deliverables.
• Provides technical support, training, and consultation to staff and may contribute to internal materials.
• Mentors and leads less experienced medical writers on complex projects.
• Develops deep expertise on topics and regulatory requirements affecting medical writing.
• Monitors budget for assigned projects and reports status to leadership.
• Completes required administrative tasks within timeframes.
• Performs other duties as assigned; minimal travel (<25%).
