Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC in Idaho seeks an experienced medical writer to lead the completion of scientific deliverables for individual studies, coordinating across departments with minimal supervision.

You will mentor junior writers, ensure regulatory compliance (ICH E3 and templates), manage budgets, and deliver high-quality manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical writing within regulated environments (ICH E3).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor junior writers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Leads the clear and accurate completion of medical writing deliverables for studies.
• Completes manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
• Ensures regulatory standards, templates, authorship rules, and styling guides are followed.
