Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of group healthcare rating and underwriting experience.
• Experience with self-funded or level-funded group health arrangements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and price group medical opportunities and risk.
• Collaborate with sales and carrier partners on pricing strategies.
• Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to training resources.
• Lead process improvements for underwriting efficiency.
