Not Disclosed is seeking an experienced employee benefits underwriter to manage complex mid-market accounts (1,000–4,999 lives) and balance profitability with client relationships.

You will apply advanced risk assessment, develop pricing and retention strategies, and serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor to other underwriters. This role supports remote work within the US and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of employee benefits underwriting experience.
• 3–5 years underwriting Life, STD, and LTD products.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, state statutes, and analytical skills.

• Salary range $76,250–$111,500 with annual incentive bonus.
