Responsibilities

• Renew accounts and write new business at profitable levels.
• Calculate rates and interpret pricing policy.
• Identify questionable renewal patterns and competitor experience.
• Apply risk management policies and adjust pricing as needed.
• Ensure enrollment conditions are met and provide client guidance.
• Adapt pricing to client-specific situations and market changes.
• Support fraud detection, compliance and product development efforts.
• Complete renewals and quotes; review junior work for accuracy.
• Influence sales and brokers on pricing and structure.
• Mentor analysts and improve tools/processes.
