Qualifications

• 5–7 years underwriting experience in self-funded and converting fully insured prospects to self-funding.
• Underwriting authority discretion within HMIG policies and risk structure.
• Knowledge of risk management policies and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Renew accounts and write new business at profitable levels to meet targets and volumes.
• Calculate rates, interpret pricing policies, and adapt to unusual situations.
• Identify questionable claim patterns and advise on pricing adjustments.
• Apply corporate risk management policies to pricing decisions.
• Ensure client enrollment compliance and policy adherence.
• Guide lower level analysts and provide technical assistance.
