Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or related discipline.
• 5–7 years underwriting experience for self-funded and converting plans.
• Ability to work with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for analyses.

Responsibilities

• Renew accounts and write new business at profitable levels.
• Calculate rates and interpret pricing policy.
• Identify questionable claim patterns and advise on prospects.
• Apply risk management policies and adjust pricing appropriately.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts; support departmental tools.
