Responsibilities

• Performs technical procedures in areas such as Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Blood Bank, Point of Care Testing, Urinalysis and Microbiology.
• Facilitates positive customer service and collaborates with physicians as needed.
• Follows QA/QC guidelines, performs instrument maintenance, inventory and troubleshooting.
• Completes accurate testing across preanalytic, analytic and postanalytic phases.
• Assists in staff and student training.
• Maintains accreditation readiness with CAP, DNV and other requirements.
