The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, MT-ASCP, and 5+ years of generalist laboratory experience across Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, Immunology, and Urinalysis with teaching responsibilities and a focus on inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist laboratory role across Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, Immunology, and Urinalysis.
• MT-ASCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening shift operations in the Automated Lab.
• Perform complex tests and calibrate/maintain equipment as per standards.
• Provide teaching and education to lab students and personnel; ensure inspection readiness.
