Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• CPCS and/or CPMSM preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in Medical Staff Services and/or acute care hospital experience.
• Strong computer, communication, and writing skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates all aspects of credentialing, including applications, reappointments, proctoring and competencies.
• Interfaces with physicians and hospital management staff in a positive and professional manner.
• Responsible for assigned Medical Staff Departments as assigned by Director/Manager.
