BayCare Health System is seeking a Supervisor Medical Staff Services for St. Joseph's Hospital South in Riverview, FL. The role supervises credentialing and privileging for providers across the hospital system, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, NCQA, CMS and state/federal requirements.

Lead the Medical Staff Services team, monitor workflows, and drive improvements in data integrity and regulatory adherence, reporting to hospital leadership and CVO coordination.

Qualifications

• 5 years Medical Staff Services experience.
• Education: High School or Equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with credentialing, privileging, and CME activities.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily operations and performance of credentialing and privileging for providers.
• Ensures all credentialing, privileging, CME activities meet Joint Commission, NCQA, CMS, AHCA, state/federal, and BayCare requirements.
• Provides leadership to Medical Staff Services team; monitors workflow and coordinates with CVO for timely appointments and reappointments.
• Reviews team output for quality; identifies training needs and implements process improvements.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to support department and system initiatives; supports survey readiness.
