Job summary

Takeda seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison to operate in a remote US Great Lakes territory (ideal Ohio). The role focuses on building KOL/HCP networks, disseminating scientific data, and supporting medically aligned research initiatives.

The candidate should have a doctoral degree in life/health sciences with at least 2 years of field-based MSL experience and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field-based MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Doctoral degree in life/health sciences preferred; Master’s degree is the minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities to comprise ~80% of responsibilities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Disseminate complex scientific information to KOLs/HCPs in a fair-balanced and compliant manner.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and assist with medical collaborative studies.
