Takeda is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to join the US Medical team. This field-based role covers the Midwest region, with preferred location Chicago, IL, and includes virtual components for Illinois.

The MSL will analyze and disseminate scientific data, build relationships with KOLs/HCPs, and support Takeda-sponsored research while ensuring compliance. Travel up to 70% may be required, and a doctoral or master’s degree plus at least 2 years of MSL experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in life/health sciences preferred or Master’s in health sciences as minimum
• Minimum of 2 years of field-based MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Aufgaben

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities comprise at least 80% of responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans
• Disseminate complex scientific information to healthcare audiences in a compliant, fair-balanced, and non-misleading manner
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and assist with investigator-initiated studies
• Capture insights from KOLs/HCPs and communicate medical insights to refine medical strategies and tactics
