Takeda seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison in the US Midwest region, ideally based near Chicago, IL. This field-based role focuses on external scientific engagement with KOLs/HCPs and translating complex data to advance Takeda medical strategy and patient outcomes.

Candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, support investigator-initiated studies, and maintain rigorous compliant communication while traveling up to 70% of the time.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree preferred; Master’s degree minimum.
• Minimum 2 years of field-based MSL experience in pharma.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Experience disseminating complex scientific data to healthcare audiences.

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities comprise ≥80% of responsibilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Takeda disease areas and products.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and assist with investigation studies.
• Collect, interpret, and internally communicate medical insights to refine strategies.
• Respond to unsolicited HCP medical information inquiries; complete documentation timely.
