Compass Pathways, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to operate field-based in Chicago, IL, connecting scientific insights with the neuroscience community and supporting TRD and PTSD programs.

The role emphasizes developing scientific relationships, conducting high-quality exchanges, and mentoring junior MSLs while ensuring ethical and compliant field activities. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific training with credentials (PhD/MD/PharmD/PMHNP).
• Previous MSL experience is preferred.
• Background in neuroscience, psychiatry, or psychology is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (overnight stays and weekends).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain scientifically grounded relationships with healthcare professionals in neuroscience and mental health.
• Lead in-depth, compliant scientific conversations on TRD and PTSD.
• Provide accurate medical information in response to unsolicited inquiries.
• Collect and communicate medical insights to inform clinical development and strategy.
• Maintain expertise in relevant therapeutic areas and emerging research.
• Support medical education activities, advisory boards, and congress engagements.
• Uphold ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards in field activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Government Affairs, and Market Access.
• Provide training to sales and marketing teams.
• Mentor junior MSLs and contribute to broader medical affairs initiatives.
