Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Representative to manage a multi-state healthcare sales territory. You will develop new business, grow hospital relationships, and drive an active pipeline with strategic account development.

The role targets experienced B2B sales professionals who can operate independently, travel within the territory, and deliver growth through cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing a multi-state territory.
• Willingness to travel.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and performance of an assigned multi-state territory.
• Prospect for new business and develop opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Grow existing customer relationships through account development, cross-selling and upselling.
• Develop relationships with clinical, operational and hospital decision makers.
• Maintain an active pipeline and CRM records; travel as needed.
• Assist sales leadership with mentoring, onboarding, training and other sales initiatives as needed.
